Download Mendeley Desktop Win32 Exe

hi, i tried this devel version ie 1.3-dev2 on windows 7. However, the pdf files do not open in mendeley as described in release notes. Upon setting a pdf file to open with mendeley desktop adn subsequently opening hte pdf file just starts mendeley (ie does not add the file and/or open the file). Is this a bug or do i need to do something else ? thanks.

Any idea where I can find the executable? I just want to be able to type mendeleydesktop and get mendeley to open. This is the only piece of my workflow I can't control from the terminal. I assume if I find the right object I can just make a link in my bashrc file. 041b061a72
