Has someone already done what you want to do? If so, make it your business to learn their blueprint for success. Being willing to learn from the mistakes of others takes humility and an open mind, but the payoff can be exponential.


Failures are an inevitable part of the journey toward your full potential. When they happen, try speaking to yourself as you would a close friend. Not only will you be able to pick yourself up and continue the journey sooner, but you will also be more likely to take brave steps that will move you forward faster. Remember that self-compassion strengthens resilience.


Despite this, he dared to believe he could win. With courage and determination, he stepped up to the starting block, ready to change the world. What do you dare to believe? How will you reach your full potential?


American psychologist Dr. Carol Dweck developed the concept of a growth mindset based on her belief that you can cultivate intelligence and skills through hard work. A growth mindset fosters a passion for expanding your knowledge to become the best version of you possible.


Research has found that reaching your full potential requires a push beyond easy goals. In contrast, unattainable goals that exceed your ability will lead to failure and disappointment. For the best results, set moderately complex goals that challenge you without overwhelming you.


Hi there, I'm Lyn. My purpose is to support you to earn a living and live your life by doing what inspires you. To accomplish this, I work as a coach, consultant, TEDx speaker, author and founder of SoulSalt Inc.


Was it a few wayward drives that put you in trouble or even out of bounds? Or maybe loose approach shots that made birdie impossible and par super challenging? Might your issue have been some missed short putts or bad long putts that led to a three-putt? Most likely for any of you, you can recall a number of times where you just did not give yourself a good chance to save par or bogey from what was a not-too-difficult greenside recovery.


But, if you are genuinely interested in improving your overall ball-striking consistency, you would be well-served to examine your fundamentals, starting with the grip and posture/setup. It is near impossible to build a repeating golf swing if those two fundamentals are not just right. And if those two things are fundamentally sound, the creation of a repeating golf swing is much easier.


Agile Results is a simple system for meaningful results. It helps you think, feel, and be your best by using your best energy for your best results. I introduced Agile Results in my book, Getting Results the Agile Way.


Each week is a fresh start. On Mondays, you think about three results you would like for the week. Each day, you identify three results you would like for the day. On Fridays, you reflect on lessons learned. That day, you ask yourself what three things are going well and what three things need improvement. This weekly pattern helps you build momentum.
