American psychologist Dr. Carol Dweck developed the concept of a growth mindset based on her belief that you can cultivate intelligence and skills through hard work. A growth mindset fosters a passion for expanding your knowledge to become the best version of you possible.
Research has found that reaching your full potential requires a push beyond easy goals. In contrast, unattainable goals that exceed your ability will lead to failure and disappointment. For the best results, set moderately complex goals that challenge you without overwhelming you.

It is near impossible to build a repeating golf swing if those two fundamentals are not just right. And if those two things are fundamentally sound, the creation of a repeating golf swing is much easier.
Agile Results is a simple system for meaningful results. It helps you think, feel, and be your best by using your best energy for your best results. I introduced Agile Results in my book, Getting Results the Agile Way.
Each week is a fresh start. On Mondays, you think about three results you would like for the week. Each day, you identify three results you would like for the day. On Fridays, you reflect on lessons learned. That day, you ask yourself what three things are going well and what three things need improvement. This weekly pattern helps you build momentum.
